New Argentinian label Pakapi Records sent over a little information on their first release, a split CDR from Ø+yn (Cordoba, Argentina) and GMC (La Plata, Argentina). The bits and pieces available for sample are dark and damp, mysterious transmissions from a country I know little-to-nothing about.
