You may have heard some New Yoga jams previously in the form of "Lizard Vision" or in his DARK BONG video collage from last summer. I caught New Yoga a.k.a. Jeffrey Joyal performing a set at the James Ferraro/dANA show I checked out at Bard College last month, full of guitar shreds and loops.
The entire Lizard Vision album has just been made available for download from SKYMALL. Grab a couple samplers here before you download the whole thing and perform some Yoga2K10 (sit on the couch all day, watch football, drink beers).
